Returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Because we offer free shipping the return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Make sure to include your packing slip in with the return. What can be returned?
- Unworn and unwashed clothing
- Items purchased at regular price
- Items free from stains of any kind
SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return is received and approved we will email you a code to use towards your next purchase with the amount of your return.
We offer free shipping and in store pick up to all of our customers, with the exception of a flat rate shipping cost of $8 for shoes. We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. If an item gets lost you are responsible to file a claim with your local post office.
